Returns & refunds
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. In line with section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act,
returns are accepted where the device does not match what was advertised, is unsuitable on inspection
at delivery, or is defective. Defective products are also covered under our 12-month TechSociety limited warranty.

Every device — new or pre-owned — ships with a 12-month TechSociety limited warranty. Pre-owned iPhones
carry a guaranteed minimum 85% battery health at point of sale.
