Shipping Policy

TechSociety delivers across South Africa by BobGo courier. Delivery is charged at checkout by province, VAT inclusive: R99 in Gauteng, R149 to KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape, R199 elsewhere in South Africa. There is no free-delivery threshold. Collection from our Rosebank office is free.

Delivery times

Consumer orders, anywhere in South Africa: 1–5 business days from payment confirmation
Business (B2B) orders: 2–7 business days

The delivery window includes processing — there is no separate handling period. Tracking information is emailed at dispatch.

Collection

Free collection from our Rosebank office by appointment: Office 118, Level 2, The Zone @ Rosebank, 177 Oxford Rd, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196, South Africa.

Couriers

We ship via BobGo and PostNet, with carriers including RAM Couriers and Skynet.
