Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and are subject to the Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under South African law.

Orders, pricing and fraud

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities per customer, request identity verification, and cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions. Ownership transfers upon confirmed delivery or collection.
